PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS

Any team that provides two volunteers to the race to manage an exchange zone will receive a $200 refund. A team can provide more volunteers to cover multiple exchange zones for a larger refund - $200 per exchange zone covered.

Charity Promotion

We are excited to have our two partner charities Dementia Alliance of North Carolina and Autism Society of North Carolina. Teams can raise money for one of these great charities and get up to a 100% refund of your team registration fee. The details are as follows:

For the Tuna Relay /200:

  • Any team that raises $3500 for either charity will receive a 100% refund of their team registration fee.

  • Any team that raises $1800 for either charity will receive a 50% refund of their team registration fee.

For the Tuna Relay /70:

  • Any team that raises $2100 for either charity will receive a 100% refund of their team registration fee.

  • Any team that raises $1100 for either charity will receive a 50% refund of their team registration fee.

REfer a new team

Refer a new team to the Tuna Relay and receive a 10% discount/refund on the lower cost team registration.

If you have referred a team, e-mail us at discounts@malakseries.com and let us know the team captain of the team that will be registering. Once the referred team is registered, the 10% discount will be processed.

SPONSORSHIP Promotion

Any team that secures a sponsorship for the Tuna Relay or Malak Series can get up to a free team registration.

We will refund 50% of the sponsorship amount from your team registration up to the full team registration cost.
